1 Acceptance of Terms

By joining the MyGraha waitlist, receiving content via WhatsApp, or accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2 Nature of Content — AI Generation & Astrology

All horoscope readings, cosmic insights, and related content delivered by MyGraha are:

• AI-generated — produced by artificial intelligence models trained on Vedic astrology traditions. They are not written by human astrologers.
• Potentially inaccurate — AI can and does make mistakes. Readings may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that does not reflect your personal circumstances.
• Based on Vedic astrology — an ancient Indian system of interpretation. Results are interpretive and traditional in nature, not scientific or empirically verified.
• Personal opinion and entertainment only — content should be treated as you would a personal opinion or creative reflection, not authoritative guidance.

3 No Professional Advice

MyGraha does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. No content delivered through our platform — including but not limited to horoscope readings, cosmic forecasts, or wellness suggestions — should be interpreted as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that materially affect your life.

4 Your Data & Phone Number

When you join the MyGraha waitlist, you provide your phone number. Here is how we handle it:

• Your phone number is stored in an encrypted database. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit to protect your data.
• We will use your phone number solely to send you MyGraha horoscope content and product updates via WhatsApp.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Your approximate city (derived from your IP address at signup) is stored alongside your phone number to personalise content. No precise location is recorded.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will permanently remove your record within 30 days.

5 WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages from MyGraha, including daily horoscope readings and service announcements. You may opt out by either visiting the site or sending STOP to the chat.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyGraha and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on AI-generated content
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in horoscope readings
• Decisions made based on content received from MyGraha
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to MyGraha in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

MyGraha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Vedic astrology readings are inherently interpretive and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the MyGraha platform — including AI-generated horoscope text, design, and logo — are the intellectual property of MyGraha. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any content without prior written permission.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp where possible.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
