All subscription purchases made on MyGraha are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans - Basic, Pro, and Family - whether purchased on a monthly billing cycle.
Once a payment is processed, we are unable to issue a refund for that billing period under any circumstance, except as described in Section 3 (Exceptions) below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at account.mygraha.in or by contacting us via our Telegram bot.
Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
We may, solely at our discretion, consider a refund in cases of clear technical failures on our part where the service was entirely unavailable for an extended period and the issue was caused by our systems.
To request consideration of an exception, please contact our support team via the Telegram bot within 7 days of the billing date and provide details of the technical issue experienced.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of MyGraha.
